"I'm no tech head. I am no Bill Gates" Abbott

Tony Abbott wants to reduce the cost of the national Broadband network by slowing it to 12 mbps. When asked for detail he told reporters he was no tech head and no Bill Gates. Surely in 2010 the leader of a political party should understand the internet and it's ramifications. Julia Gillard is no better. She does not get how the NBN will transform Australian lives. One does not have to be a tech head to be across the policy.
