Dear editor
Your series on the problems with the judiciary has been illuminating. Patently these isolated men and women have a culture that needs change urgently. But no less so than their lawyer colleagues who have remained mired in paper based obfuscation which is designed in part to confuse clients. In 2010 all legal practice should be paperless. Then perhaps we would not see boxes of ring bound folders entering courts and the whole impenetrable process of the law sped up immeasurably,
